Our Journey
Driven by a deep-rooted passion for revitalizing communities, Taufe-Hue Private Capital LLC was born from a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of residents. Witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by low-income individuals and seniors in accessing quality housing, Antonio was inspired to take action. Through his leadership, the company has secured significant grant funding for both the Village of Phoenix and the Village of Sauk Village, earmarked for rehabilitating single-family homes and improving living conditions for those in need.

Our Mission
At Taufe-Hue Private Capital LLC, our mission is clear: to empower communities through sustainable real estate development and educational initiatives. We are committed to leveraging our expertise to address the housing needs of underserved populations while providing opportunities for career advancement in the trades.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create thriving, vibrant communities where every individual has access to safe, affordable housing and the resources needed to succeed. Through strategic partnerships with local municipalities and educational institutions, we aim to establish a pipeline of skilled professionals equipped to lead the way in community revitalization.
Why We Started
Taufe-Hue Private Capital LLC was founded with a dual purpose: to address the pressing housing challenges facing communities and to provide pathways to economic empowerment through apprenticeship and educational programs. Our goal is not only to transform distressed properties into vibrant assets, but also to cultivate a new generation of skilled workers through our apprenticeship academy.
As part of our commitment to giving back, we have established the Effective Housing Group NFP, a non-profit organization dedicated to furthering our mission. Upon receiving our 501(c)3 certification, donations will be directed toward supporting our community development initiatives and expanding educational opportunities for aspiring professionals.
Together, we are building a brighter future—one community, one home, and one apprentice at a time. Join us on our journey toward positive change.
